Will I need a doctor’s referral?

In Ontario you do not need a doctor’s referral to seek physiotherapy treatment. Most insurance claims do not require doctor’s referral either, however, check with your coverage plan as a select few do, or we can help you to call insurance company in your first visit.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Debit and cash payment. We also offer assistance with e-claims or submitting your claims to extended health companies, auto insurance companies and WSIB.

Will insurance cover my appointment?

All of our services can be covered by insurance depending on your individual coverage. If you are using extended health benefits, check the details of your coverage in your Extended Health Manual, speak with your Human Resources department. If you have sustained an injury from a motor vehicle accident (MVA), it will be covered through insurance. If you have been injured at work, you will be covered under Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). We can bill directly to insurance companies for MVA, WSIB, and most extended health benefits. Feel free to give us a call if you are unsure, as we are happy to assist you with understanding what insurance coverage is available to you.
