Chiropractic

Chiropractic treatment helps our patients regain joint mobility, physical function and health.

We provide clinically effective solutions for both acute and chronic spinal joint dysfunction, as well as peripheral joint, and neuromuscular dysfunction.

When to see a Chiropractor?

Our team of Chiropractic experts use manual therapy, contemporary acupuncture, multi-modality therapies, and corrective exercises to help those suffering from physical problems arising from disease, illness, injury, and aging. They rely on their years of experience and training to understand your problem and create an optimal treatment plan for your recovery.

All of our therapists are dedicated to educating our patients and their families on how to lead healthy lifestyles that prevent injuries or make injury recovery easy. We can help you plan and implement safe and effective fitness programs, and they can help speed up your rehabilitation.

Your Chiropractor will create a treatment plan for you and work with our care coordinators to arrange a suitable treatment schedule after your first appointment.

As a general rule for booking follow-ups is that if you have an injury affecting a single part of your body (i.e. knee), then a 30 minute consultation is typically sufficient. If you have an injury affecting two body parts (i.e. both knees), then a 45 minute consultation is warranted. If you are seeking treatment for multiple areas in your body (i.e. head, neck, shoulders after a motor vehicle accident), then we recommend either a 60 or 75 minute treatment and consultation.

Each case is different and treatment time may vary depending on each individual.

Chiropractic care is a patient-centred, non-invasive, hands-on, regulated health care profession focused on your spine, muscles,  joints and nervous system.

How often should you go to a Chiropractor?

Your practitioner will first thoroughly assess, diagnose, and then treat your particular problem. Based on the diagnosis the Chiropractor will create an appropriate treatment plan based on their clinical judgement. Often for an acute injury you may need to see your Chiropractor more often. If it is a chronic condition, you may not need to see your Chiropractor as often however for a longer period of time to help with continual management of your symptoms.

Our Chiropractors are sure to communicate not only a diagnosis but also a guideline of your injury so that you are able to schedule and prepare in advance
