3Appointment Policies

3.1 Scheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• 24-hour or 48-hour cancellation notice required, depending on the service. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full cost of the appointment, or the session is forfeited if it is part of a prepaid program of care. (See our Cancellation Policy for more details)
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
• Initial assessments may require longer appointment times
• You may be scheduled with different practitioners based on your treatment plan

3.2 Payment and Insurance

• We offer direct billing with most major insurance providers. Please provide valid insurance information prior to your appointment. If direct billing is unavailable, we will provide detailed receipts for insurance submission.
• Insurance coverage verification is the patient’s responsibility. Patients are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including denied claims. Coverage varies by service type and insurance plan.
• Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash for any remaining balances.
• Missed appointments without notice will be charged directly to the patient, or the session forfeited if it is part of a prepaid program of care.
