Huda is passionate about making every healthcare experience feel a little more comfortable and personal. She believes that small moments of kindness, understanding, and genuine connection can make a meaningful difference in a patient's experience. With a particular interest in mental health and patient advocacy, she enjoys getting to know patients and families and helping create an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and at ease.
Qualifications
Huda has completed WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Lab & Safety training through the University of Toronto, building a strong foundation in workplace safety and the proper handling of hazardous materials. In addition, she completed Privacy/PHIPA Training through Scarborough Health Network, gaining a thorough understanding of patient privacy standards and the responsible handling of personal health information under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Huda holds an HBSc in Human Biology and Mental Health Studies from the University of Toronto, providing her with a strong academic foundation in human health, biology, psychology, and mental health. She brings over five years of experience in the healthcare field, with experience in healthcare administration, patient communication, care coordination, and supporting clinical operations. She has also completed WHMIS and PHIPA training, with a strong understanding of workplace safety, patient privacy, and confidentiality.
